7 Sure Signs you’re falling In Love with her

Have you ever been in love? I mean really in love? It is by far one of the most exhilarating feelings on earth.
A euphoric sensation, indeed! Your heart beats like a drum to the beat of a sweet melody by your all-time favorite band. Heres seven ways you know you’re falling for her now.
You've forgotten your ex
The thought of you getting back with your ex is now a distant memory. You surely may still care about their well-being, but now you've redirected your attention to your new lady love.
What was my ex’s name again?
Your new motto becomes “out with the old and in with the new” in no time flat when you’re in love.
You don’t notice other women as much because you can’t stop thinking about her.
Your mind drifts often and those wandering thoughts are all because of her. She makes you feel like the man and what an amazing surge of energy it is, to be consumed with nothing but incredible thoughts of a woman who makes you feel like a King.
Other women? What other women?
You find yourself being attentive to her and you feel so consumed with her being, others just don’t seem as important as they once were. Your stares transform to mere glances towards other women. You see them, but your adoration for your lady love takes precedence over your mind and heart.
You care about her
You want to actually know what makes her tick and why she does the things she does. You have an insatiable need to understand her. Your desire is to protect her and you are concerned for her well-being.
You love spending time with her because of your amazing chemistry
Just the thought of her can arouse you. You find yourself attracted to her in so many ways. You will start to find her little quirks to be amusing and the things that should annoy you won’t.
It doesn't matter if you are out hobnobbing at an event, having a fine dining experience, playing pool at the local sports bar or spending the evening at home curled up together on the couch. Just the fact that you are together fulfills you.
Compromising is not an issue
Did you actually just sit through an entire episode of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”, really? Unaware of the alien that has overtaken your body, you don’t mind compromising. Even though, chick flick reality TV is not your thing, you make a sincere effort to give and take.
You start thinking about a future with her
You love spending time with your sweetheart and you have a heartfelt belief that she’s “The One”. When you sit back and really think over the time you've spent together, you can’t get past the emotions you feel and your constant state of enjoyment. You think about going to bed with her every night and waking up to her every morning and you will not apologize for it!
Still not convinced you've gone from like to love?
Dr. Seuss gave us one of the best love symptoms yet, “You know you’re in love when you can’t fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams.”
Awwwww.

Your Mantra to Becoming a Better Wife

As a little girl, I, along with many other little girls, always dreamed of having a perfect wedding day as I married my perfect dream husband. I just knew my Prince charming would eventually come and whisk me off into the sunset and we would live happily ever after. We would live the perfect life, in our perfect little house with the white picket fence and a dog.
Then, I grew up.
I have watched my close friends interact in their relationships and a lot of them seemed dysfunctional, in some way. They either lacked something in their union or they weren't on the same page, let alone reading the same book, much less at the same library!
After closely observing my friends’ situations, I created what I hope will help a massive amount of relationships, if taken heed: a mantra for becoming a better wife.
Even though I have not married, I took the liberty of finding ways to hold myself accountable for my role as a prospective wife, once I found myself in that situation.
Every morning, in private, express these sayings aloud:
I will make my husband a priority
I will spend time with my husband daily
I will allow my husband “guy time”
I will appreciate my husband
I will keep the romance alive
I will show my husband he is important to me
I will not take my husband for granted
I will not anger easily
I will not sweat the small stuff
I will not disrespect my husband
I will not bring other people into our relationship
I will not withhold sex as a punishment
When you devise a plan and make a serious commitment to be a great wife, you will expect the same actions from your husband, who may be oblivious to his own responsive behavior.
It will be like a chain reaction. When you put out positive energy into your relationship you will receive it right back. If you put out negativity, you will be met with negativity, right back. What you put in is what you will get out.
Have you heard the phrase, “Relationships take work?” Well, it’s true and sometimes is an understatement. It is not a far-fetched reality to have the ideal life you've always dreamed of, if only we follow these few principles.
We’re all a work in progress and can grow, learn and improve every single day. We should never stop striving for that ultimate life we have dreamed of all of our lives.
Focusing on making our husbands happy will only benefit us down the road.
Keep in mind nobody’s perfect, not even you, that’s right, I said it! You are not perfect, so allow for your husband to make some mistakes and be an imperfect human, just as you are.
Once you relax and not feel the need to be right all of the time, you will find you can have that happy ending after all.

A Love Letter to my Wife

What better way to say, I love you, than in a love letter? It is perhaps one of the most romantic gestures anyone could give to their special someone. It’s a gift that doesn't cost a dime, but instead comes directly from the heart. Also, your time and effort will not go unnoticed. It will also be a way to add a little touch of spice to your relationship. It’s an affectionate form of expression and if done correctly the recipient will always have a small token of your love to refer back to time and time again. It doesn't get much better than that.
Here is an example of a breathtaking love letter, written from a loving husband’s prospective.
“Honey,
I found myself sitting here on our anniversary tonight just thinking on all of our memorable times together. I glow, just thinking of you and how much you’ve meant to me over the years. I am speechless when I think about the three beautiful children you gave me and how well they turned out. They are by no means perfect but a part of you and me, together. When I look at BJ, our oldest, I see your face, every time. Our middle child, Leslie has your fashion sense and style, Leonard, our baby, although he is autistic, and we had challenges more times than not, I wouldn’t change a single thing about our life together. They are all a huge part of us and I am proud to be their father as well as your loving and devoted husband.
Baby, I simply adore you! I am more attracted to you as the days go by. You’ve grown more graceful as the years have passed. Even though I don’t tell you I like your new hairstyle when you come home from the salon it doesn’t mean I didn’t notice. When you buy a new dress and I don’t comment on it, please understand that I have noticed you wearing it well and like no other woman could. Even though I know you get so angry with me for watching the game instead of spending time with you. I just want you to know that I am not by any means oblivious to your beauty; but you must understand one thing. Those things you want me to blatantly notice are important to you and I get it. I promise to do better at acknowledging those things but I am so enthralled with the woman that you are on the inside that sometimes that’s all I need to see. I fall deeper in love with you every single day, not because of how you look but because of who you are. We have both aged since our high school days when you were my high school sweetheart. You were my sweetheart then and you are my sweetheart now. There is not another woman on the face of this earth who could compete with you, no one.
I just wanted to write a love letter to my wife tonight. Baby, I only have eyes for you! When I took those vows sixty five years ago, I meant every word. Even after we are long gone from this world, you will be the only woman I have ever truly loved. As I lay here on this hospital bed, reminiscing, I don’t have any regrets about my life with you. You have made my life worthwhile. I was a better man because you were in it. As you know, the doctors only gave me three more days to live; I need you to know how much I love you. From the bottom of my heart, I do!
Your devoted husband,

Larry

Tactful Ways of Dealing with Meddlesome In-laws

Is your mother-in-law ruining your marriage?
There are several issues looming here that I can see. Most times, the in-laws seem to get away with being overbearing for so long because you are trying your best to be respectful of them, for several reasons.
First, your grandmother would turn over in her grave if you knocked your mother-in-law upside her head.
Secondly, you might not want to upset your brand new hubby with tit for tat shenanigans with his mother.
Thirdly, you may have an insatiable need to be liked by your in-laws, especially since you found out that your husband’s ex-girlfriends are still on their Christmas list.
Whatever your reasons are for wanting to make it work between you and your in-laws, keep in mind, it is a two way street.
You should not have to endure such a daunting task alone, trying hard to gain acceptance when you should be focusing on your new marriage. However, I would certainly advise anyone to put forth an earnest effort at making it right between the merged families.
Your husband is the key player in all of this. He may not agree, due to the consequences he may undergo. He will have to deal with his mother about this issue at some point, which puts him, dead center in the middle of all the drama between the two of you.

He will certainly want to steer clear of that. If he goes against his mother, she will surely remind him of the twenty-seven hours of labor pains she went through to bring him into this world. On the other hand, there’s you – his loving and devoted wife, that he stood up in front of a church full of folks and God, confessing his undying love for…and don’t forget the part of the vows about forsaking all others.
This man will be doomed either way.
So, express to your in-laws that you want to have a successful relationship with them. Encourage them to reach out to you, as if you were their own daughter.
Invite your mother-in-law out for lunch sometimes, at your expense, just the two of you. When she invites you and your husband over for Sunday dinner, make sure to tell her what an awesome cook she is and ask her for recipes, as you offer to help her in the kitchen.
Make her feel as if she is not losing her only son, but gaining a daughter-in-law. Share with her your feelings about some things going on in your life, nothing too personal about your relationship with her son though, because it just encourages her to meddle.
Don’t be afraid to take the first step. Setting clear boundaries from the start will help a lot.
You can have a prosperous relationship with your in-laws if you so choose. Don’t let ego and pride get in the way. Be the bigger person at all times and kill them with kindness.

Romantic Outdoor Places to Make Love

Publisher’s Note: Don’t get arrested (use good judgment)

Has your relationship come to a stale mate?
Have you thought of ideas to bring it back to life? There are so many things a couple can do to spice things up in the bedroom, as long as you have two willing participants.
Life can throw you many obstacles, but how you deal with them is the key. If we learn to look at things more as a challenge, we could conquer life’s little nuances with ease. For instance, if you ran across a situation in your relationship and you are having trouble resolving the issue, go to your local library and check out books on the topic. Google the subject matter, you’ll be amazed at all of the relatable links are out there that might be just what you need.
Have you ever thought about making love outside? Just the idea of getting caught is stimulating, indeed! Our libido’s are at its peak when we are outside.
Here are some ideas that may help you relight the fire in your love life.
In the pool or hot tub – Had a pool party and all the guests are gone? Make sure to hop back in the pool or hot tub for some late night action. You’ll be glad you did.
In your back yard – Making love under the stars in your backyard is so romantic. You can try this on the ground, posted up against the backside of the house or on the hood of your car. Either way, you will get an undeniable rush. Just the thought of getting caught is so sexy.
In the woods – Under a full moon, a romp in the great outdoors can be so liberating, with nobody around except the two of you. It feels naughty and that’s an outright sensual sensation in itself.
On the beach – If waves washing up on the shore aren't a turn on, I don’t know what is. Your skin glistens, heightening your senses. To get this party started, all you have to do is hop on top of your lover, pull your bottoms to the side and ride like a Clydesdale at the track.
On a boat – While taking a lovely ride and sightseeing has grown old, take a look at your lover sitting across from you. The ambiance is so cozy and an exchange of love is just what the doctor ordered.
In the rain – Getting wet together, smelling the soft earth and undressing each other is very erotic and is a sure fire way to get those juices going right smack dab in the middle of nature’s arms.
Try to think outside of the box from time to time. For some people, a creative thought process comes naturally; but others may have to work at it a little harder than the next person.
Nonetheless, however you strategize to get to your conclusion, rest assure, keeping the outcome in mind at all times, without getting too caught up in the details will help manifest the most efficient end result.

How to prepare for media interviews

A media interview is your chance to sell yourself to the public, so be interesting and honest.

PREPARE QUESTIONS- Anticipate the interviewer's questions; compose a list that you think you might be asked and rehearse several answers. You still may be asked a question that you weren’t prepared for, but study as many as you can.

ASSUME THE INTERVIEWER HAS NOT READ YOUR BOOK- Provide the producer with a list of questions to ask you during your interview, so that you aren’t stumbling over questions you weren’t prepared for.

BE ABLE TO EXPLAIN WHAT YOUR BOOK IS ABOUT IN A FEW SENTENCES- When describing your novel; make sure not to give away the ending. You want the listeners to be intrigued enough to run out and purchase your book to find out how the story ends.

KEEP YOUR ANSWERS BRIEF AND TO THE POINT- Your goal is to sound educated on your topic, keeping your audience interested and engaged for a short period of time.

BE AUTHENTIC- You are not just selling a product, you are also selling yourself. So always be genuine. Even though, you may be inspired by other authors, you want to have your own style.

TELEVISION INTERVIEWS- Arrive at the studio early. Don’t use too many hand gestures which can be distracting to your viewers. Do not interrupt the host when he/she is speaking. Typically, you will look at the host and not at the cameras, unless, otherwise instructed. Wear solid colors, no patterns. Red, blue, dark teals, rich greens and purples are good colors to wear for television. Wearing something with lapels makes it easy to attach a clip-on microphone.

RADIO INTERVIEWS- Arrive at the studio early. Find out ahead of time how long the interview will be so you’ll know how much attention to give each of your answers. Avoid these sayings- “Like” and “Umm.” It sounds unprofessional and can look as if you are doing a poor job articulating your thoughts. Avoid slang. Speak clearly so your audience understands you.

THANK YOUR INTERVIEWER- Send a thank-you note to the interviewer. It will go a long way and show humility on your part. It would also be a nice gesture to send them a free autographed copy of your book.

How to autograph your novel

Signing your autograph is more than just signing your name on a piece of paper. It is a part of your branding experience and has sentimental value to your fans.

CHOOSE AN APPROPRIATE SIGNING TOOL- Use a permanent fine point marker with indelible ink to sign your books. Indelible ink is waterproof and contains volatile organic compounds which evaporate to dry the ink. Colored ink is also acceptable and it stands out more. Make sure to have more than one, as a backup. Ballpoint pens tend to fade where the permanent marker will continue to look good for years.

AUTOGRAPGH THE TITLE PAGE- The most common practice for authors to autograph a paperback book is on the title page.

ASK FOR THE CORRECT SPELLING OF THEIR NAME- No matter how simple the name sounds, people have found creative ways to spell their name nowadays. For instance, Suzy could be spelled Susie or Kristine could be spelled Kristeen.

CHOOSE A SIGNATURE PHRASE- “Warm wishes,” “All my best,” “Kind regards,”…etc; or you may opt for a personalized message, which is even better.

PERSONALIZE A MESSAGE- If possible, personalize every book you sign. Your goal should be for the reader to value your book and cherish it for years to come. Not to mention for bragging rights to their friends.

PRACTICE YOUR SIGNATURE- Sign your name the same way every time. This helps to decipher your real signature from impostor signatures; and always make sure your name is legible.

SIGN YOUR FULL NAME- This is deemed as the traditional way, but just using your first name is suitable also.

THANK YOUR BUYER- You want your fans to feel highly appreciated and glad that they came out to support you. Not only do you want them to say what a good read your book was, but also, what a nice person you were when referencing you to their friends.

How to choose a title for your novel

Your title is important because it is part of the overall impression you’re creating about your book. It sets the tone, hints at the genre of your book, and intrigues the reader.

Identify what kind of feeling or tone you want to convey with the title.

Think about the genre of your novel. Then, write down a list of relatable words that you think describe your novel.

Cross out any words that don't match your genre.

Mix and match words and see if you can come up with an interesting title.

Alternately, if this doesn't seem to be working, write down a short summary of your story.

If your book has a particular message, base your title around this.

Think of a term or phrase that is mentioned in your book.

If you are really stuck, you can use an online title generator. Only use these as a last resort.

Lastly, run any titles past friends and family to get their opinion.

How to create good characters for your novel

The purpose of creating interesting characters for your novel is to add depth and dimension to the individuals driving your plot. Simply put, to keep your readers engaged and connected.

When creating characters, it is important to make each one distinct and different.

When introducing new characters; provide a clear impression of that character’s uniqueness. They should have depth that will make them seem real to your reader.

The key to creating believable characters is to make them consistent by making sure they are purposeful in the plot.

You will likely need background characters to make the story seem real; like a waiter in the restaurant or a cashier at the grocery store. Their presence helps reinforce and enrich your description of the scene.

Take time to craft characters that make sense in your chosen setting, and a concise description of each.

Develop a background for your characters. Where did they grow up? What is their educational background? Etc…

Plan the development of your characters by having a direction in mind.

One of the keys to a successful novel is keeping the reader interested. Believability is crucial. You must first believe in your characters before you expect anyone else to.

Start your story, be creative, and have fun.
